    SENIOR PARTNER/GLOBAL ADVISER

    Ron Lanton advises healthcare organizations, technology companies, and other regulated businesses on regulatory compliance, contracts, operational risk, and government policy. He serves as external general counsel to leadership teams that need practical legal guidance without a full-time in-house department.

    His work focuses on turning complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear business decisions before problems become enforcement actions, disputes, or costly delays. Ron is also frequently consulted by industry stakeholders and media on healthcare regulatory and policy issues.
